This Office is great. I was greeted by Jessica who is very polite and welcoming.Dr Poulsen is one of the most down to earth dentists I have had the pleasure of seeing. His office had a great atmosphere. He likes to joke around with his assistant, Ashley who was also welcoming, humble and a great distraction (I have slight dental anxiety). I loved interacting with her. This experience has made it to where this is the only office I would come to for my dentistry work from here on out.

This is not just like every other office. Firstly I have never taken the time to write a review for any business, ever. I feel this office deserves an honest review. I have multiple areas of concern regarding my dental health. I have neglected my teeth for years. I have missing and broken teeth. It got to the point where I felt embarrassed for anyone to even come close. A week ago I decided to visit another dental office (I won’t name) and left in tears, reminding me of the exact reason I’ve avoided it for so long. The treatment, criticism and cost was enough for me to walk out. Feeling a little defeated and with little expectations I walked in hopeful. I was immediately met with warmth and bright smiles. Ashley was so warm and welcoming, my anxiety went away. She walked me through every part of the imaging process and ensured I was comfortable while explaining every step. I tend to get a bit anxious and unsettled with people too close. Dr. Tabel was extremely gentle, courteous, polite and respectful. He’s knowledgeable and answered every question in a way I could understand. He’s personable and ensured I was comfortable considering the pain I was in. Dr. Tabel and staff were always on the same page, never skipping a beat. Their office dynamic is unmatched. Dr. Tabel provided several treatment options, we discussed all of them and decided on the best option for me. Financial damage. This part is the most nerve wracking. After everything is all said and done, the financial aspect is sometimes the determining factor. This is where Jessica came in. Jessica is knowledgeable about the treatment, costs and recovery. I discussed my concerns with her and was met with empathy and a plan tailored to my treatment and budget. At no point did the interaction feel transactional or rushed. She was thorough in her explanation and expectations. I would say firm but fair. A true professional with passion to help patient’s. I’m excited to finally get started on the treatment I’ve neglected for so long. Thankful. to everyone at this office
